Please double check the days you would like to rent online. If you don’t see the time frame you would like, please call us as soon as possible and we will help you rent over the phone (757-999-2278 ex.1). If you rent the incorrect dates or incorrect number of carts online, we will not be able to refund the entire amount of extra days you rented due to credit card processing fees. Please double check the dates before you hit charge!
During the summer: Pick up times are between 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. Monday - Saturday. Sunday pick up times are between 1:00 P.M. and 2:00 P.M.
Off season: Pick up times are between 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. We are closed Sundays and Mondays, we will make arrangements with you on the previous Saturday with details about pick up.
Drop off: Before 11:00 A.M.
If you choose a marina or harbor for the cart to be delivered to and you aren’t arriving by boat, we will add a $25 delivery fee to your rental. You are welcome to pick it up from our office at no charge (713 Randolph)!
For example: If you would like a rental Friday through Sunday, please choose the 2-day rental option. At the top of the next screen you will be able to see the dates that you have chosen.
NOTE: Starting January 1, 2022 we do NOT rent to Cherrystone Campground/ Sun Outdoors Cape Charles. Please do not book through our online system for the campground, you will not receive a full refund.

Standard 4 Passenger includes:

Rental details:
When returning your cart before 11:00 A.M. please make sure it is fully charged. There will be a $10 fine if it is not charged.
If you are arriving at the Cape Charles Town Harbor, Oyster Farm Marina or Cape Charles Yacht Center you MUST call us to make arrangements for pick up. You are able to pick up your rental between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M.
If you decide to arrive by car to one of the three marinas, there will be a $25 delivery fee added to your rental price.
Please note that you are able to pick up your golf cart rental at the Eastern Shore Custom Carts office between 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. If you are arriving after 5:00 P.M., call us and we will make arrangements for you to pick up after hours. If you are arriving on a Sunday during the summer, pick up time is from 1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M.
If you would like to return your rental to our office after hours, please leave the cart in front of our office building and place your key in the grey box under the open sign on our front doors.
Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your reservation the fee is $25 and the rest will be refunded to your credit card. If you cancel the day before or day of your reservation the fee is a one day rate of the type of cart you reserved and the remainder of your rental fee will be refunded.
No Refunds: If you decide to cancel your rental due to weather (excluding hurricanes), illness, etc. you are welcome to postpone your rental to a later date and time. If you return your rental early for any reason, you are not guaranteed a refund.
Problems with carts: Please notify us as soon as there is a problem with the cart. You must leave a message on the rentals voicemail: 757-999-2278 ex.1 or send us an email at info@escustomcarts.com. You will not receive a refund if you tell us after the fact that there was a problem with the cart. DO NOT push the cart if there is a problem with it.
If the cart will not go in forward or reverse, you have probably hit the forward/ reverse switch into neutral. Make sure the toggle switch is in forward or reverse.
